Why Launch the Payo App?
In line with Payo’s commitment to continuous innovation and making the lives of its merchants easier, Payo has introduced its first mobile application. This mobile application will let merchants manage their online stores through their phones, anytime, anywhere. This means they are no longer limited to the Merchant Dashboard that can only be accessed via desktop.

Self Onboarding
Merchants may register and activate their accounts all by themselves. Instructions on how to proceed with self onboarding are provided.
Book a Call
Merchants have the option to schedule a call with Payo's Business Development Team for their onboarding and account activation.
Shipbill Tracking
Helps merchants easily check the status of each shipbill.
Shipping Fee Calculator
Helps merchants compute how much a package’s shipping fee would be according to the package and shipping information.
Statement of Account
Merchants may register and activate their accounts all by themselves. Instructions on how to proceed with self onboarding are provided.
Ordering
Allows merchants to upload orders.
Notification Bell
This is where merchants can track any changes that will happen to their ship bills.
Sales Tracking
This shows the online store’s Total Cash Collected, Total Sales, and Revenue.
