FOR PARCEL DELIVERY ASSISTANCE: [email protected]
TRACK YOUR PARCEL HERESome clients need a more hands-on approach to their products. One good example of this is how Payo spearheaded not just the storage and delivery of QR code standees, but also its creation and set up.
Payo created a special process for one merchant that involved printing a QR code, attaching it on a standee, tying it with a cellphone number via a SIM card, testing the code, and overseeing its package and delivery. These riders even go as far as to show recipients of the code where they can put their collateral. All of this is done to ensure the safe and proper delivery of each QR kit.
When it comes to the delivery of perishable goods, speed is the top consideration. That’s because it’s important to get customers their products before their quality diminishes. To address this problem for one of Payo’s merchants, Payo took care of automating their back-end processes and spreading out their specific cooling equipment across its multiple warehouses. This way, delivery times are shorter, lessening any chances of spoilage.
Additionally, Payo catered to the merchant’s subscription model of delivery, making sure that large volumes of products are delivered swiftly and safely on a weekly basis.
Payo stores products in its warehouses, but it also catered to one merchant’s request of holding warehouse sales. This means that every quarter, Payo will do a warehouse sale where the merchant can sell their demo units at discounted prices. Because Payo is willing to hold this sale in their warehouses, the merchant no longer needs to look for a venue for the sale.
Additionally, this makes it easier to continue to stock products that may not be sold during each quarter’s event.

"We are below eight percent right now in RTS rate and that’s an amazing rate already. You don’t get that nowadays. We’re very, very happy with Payo."
